Description
Resinpal glass filament fabric in twill weave with silane size and a weight of ??163 g/m², is ideal for the production and repair of GRP components, reinforcements and light components with distinctive geometries. It is often used, above all, in boat building and vehicle repairs. In contrast to the plain weave, the twill weave is very drapable. Resinpal glass filament fabric 163 g/m² hasvery good impregnation properties and guarantees very good drapability.
Glass filament fabric can be processed with epoxy or polyester resin. The resin consumption is around 0.6-0.8 kg / m². Even if glass filament fabrics are more expensive than glass fiber mats, the price pays for itself due to the simpler processing and the less resin required.
