Both the mechanical values and the processing times adapt to your individual needs. With the 60-minute hardener, you can make thin laminates and layers tack-free, the 90-minute hardener is ideal for multi-layer mold making. The 15 minutes hardener can be used for quick fixation and small components. The 30-minute hardener is a good intermediate solution in terms of processing time. Resinpal 2401 odor-neutral epoxy resin can be mixed with epoxy color pastes, mixed with metallic fillers and used as a backfill. Resinpal 2401 epoxy resin meets the highest demands on thermal and mechanical properties.
Resinpal 2401 Epoxy Resin requires the right mix ratio of 100:25 epoxy resin to epoxy (by weight) to ensure maximum break strength, heat resistance and best mechanical properties. Please also keep in mind that the 60-minute hardener is highly recommended for thin layers (one layer) and for coatings, as it ensures tack-free curing even in thin layers.
