The solvent-free and viscous epoxy coating resin with a mixing ratio of 100 parts resin to 50 parts hardener (by weight) is applied with a brush. This creates a crystal-clear and UV-resistant surface protection as well as a water barrier layer.
Due to the high viscosity of Resinpal 2405-H, the epoxy resin coating resin does not flow off even on vertical surfaces and thus offers comprehensive protection.
The coating resin is low-odour, resistant to chemicals and osmosis and can also be colored with epoxy color pastes if required.
Muss ich etwas spezielles bei der Verarbeitung beachten? Wir empfehlen das Topcoat Resinpal 2405-H nur in kleinen Mengen zu 200-300 g anzumischen. Der Grund hierfür liegt in der relativ hohen Reaktivität des Tocpoat. Damit verhindert man z.T. das Abfließen von der Senkrechten. Dadurch entsteht jedoch evtl. der Nachteil, dass große Ansätze zu schnell härten. Hier hilft bei der Verarbeitung das mehrmalige Ansetzen von kleineren Mengen Epoxid-Topcoat und Epoxid-Härter.
