Nautic Ultra-Light epoxy filler is a particularly light 2-component filler and weighs more than 50 percent less than the standard Nautic filler with the same volume. With a density of around 0.6 kg/l, Nautic Ultra-Light is even lighter than water. The lightweight filler is ideal for repairing boats, especially for repairing osmosis damage, as well as for applications in model making.

You can apply the Nautic Epoxy Light Filler for repairing GRP components and boat repairs above and below the water in layers to compensate for unevenness. The spatula impresses with its extremely low weight, water resistance, fast curing, good sandability and excellent adhesion properties on epoxy substrates, cast iron and aluminum as well as steel. You can use Nautic Ultra-Light Epoxy Repair Filler for large and small area filling work. The light fillers do not generate any unnecessary weight gain even with thicker layers - ideal for repairs to lightweight components such as in model making.

Light filler Nautic is mixed and applied in a 2: 1 mixing ratio, base and hardener. At ambient temperatures of approx. 20 degrees, the filler remains workable for around 15 to 20 minutes and can be sanded after 6 to 7 hours of hardening.
