Resinpal release paste is a pasty, low-odor and silicone-free wax release agent, which is specially designed for the separation of epoxy resins, polyester resins and polyurethane resins on closed-pore (e.g. metal, GRP etc.) or absorbent / open-pore substrates (e.g. Wood, plaster, etc.) is used.
The separating paste is applied thinly with a cotton cloth and polished up after application. The drying time is approx. 15 minutes.
The very economical release agent is also ideal for porous and very absorbent surfaces and prevents unwanted adhesion between the mold surface and the molded part.

What do I have to consider before applying Resinpal release paste?The mold surfaces to be treated must be free of grease, dry and clean. If particularly even surfaces are desired, the separating film can be wiped off with a soft cloth.
How productive is Resinpal release paste? The consumption of the release paste depends heavily on the surface structure. For closed-pore surfaces, the consumption is approx. 0.2 kg per m². With open-pored surfaces such as wood, however, the consumption of the release paste can increase significantly and sometimes amount to up to 0.5 kg.
Is Resinpal release paste also suitable for silicone molds? Yes. The release paste can also be used for silicone molds, among other things.
