The high-quality Resinpal 2401 epoxy multi-purpose resin adheres excellently to numerous substrates such as wood, concrete, natural stone or metal. Both the mechanical values and the processing times adapt to your individual needs. With the 60-minute hardener, you can make thin laminates and layers tack-free, the 90-minute hardener is ideal for multi-layer mold making. The 15 minutes hardener can be used for quick fixation and small components. The 30-minute hardener is a good intermediate solution in terms of processing time. Resinpal 2401 odor-neutral epoxy resin can be mixed with epoxy color pastes, mixed with metallic fillers and used as a backfill. Resinpal 2401 epoxy resin meets the highest demands on thermal and mechanical properties.
Resinpal 2401 Epoxy Resin requires the right mix ratio of 100:25 epoxy resin to epoxy (by weight) to ensure maximum break strength, heat resistance and best mechanical properties. Please also keep in mind that the 60-minute hardener is highly recommended for thin layers (one layer) and for coatings, as it ensures tack-free curing even in thin layers.
