Nautic epoxy filler based on epoxy resin, covers a wide range of applications. The epoxy filler is suitable for repairs to GRP boats, also below the waterline, to remove osmosis damage and for profiling work. Nautic epoxy filler has excellent adhesion properties on glass fiber reinforced work parts, iron and aluminum castings as well as on steel.
You can also use the water-resistant filler to fill epoxy laminates.
Nautic boat and car filler for above and underwater areas, convinces with fast curing, good sandability, high impact resistance and low shrinkage. The 2-component epoxy filler does not contain any solvents, is also resistant to oils, can be applied in layers to steel, aluminum or hardwood and does not run off even on vertical surfaces. Nautic epoxy filler is ideal for use as a gelcoat replacement for osmosis restoration.
Mix Nautic Epoxy Putty in a ratio of 2: 1 base component and hardener and apply the putty on a grease-free, clean and sanded surface. The application temperature should be at least 20 degrees, the mixture remains workable for about 20 minutes and can be sanded after 6 to 7 hours. When used on steel and aluminum boats, we recommend applying a 2-component corrosion protection primer or epoxy universal primer.
