Description
Resinpal glass filament fabric in twill weave with silane size and a weight of ??80 g/m², is ideal for the production and repair of light and filigree components with distinctive geometries. It is often used, especially in boat model making and aircraft model making. In contrast to the plain weave, the twill weave is very drapable. Glass filament fabric 80 g/m², has first-class impregnation properties and ensures very good drapability.
Glass filament fabric can be processed with epoxy or polyester resin. The resin consumption is approx. 0.5 kg/m². Even if glass filament fabrics are more expensive than glass fiber mats, the price pays for itself due to the simpler processing and the less resin required.
