Resinpal release spray is a silicone-free and low-odor mold release agent for spraying onto molds made of epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin and silicone. Resinpal release spray is particularly advantageous when it is used on molds with complicated structures and undercuts.
The high-quality release agent is sprayed evenly over the surface. It should be processed at a distance of 20-30 centimeters, so that a thin release film is formed. Thanks to the fine spray mist, you can also reach nooks and crannies. After only 2 minutes you can polish up with a soft cloth. The consumption of the 400 ml separating spray can is approx. 100 ml / m². Due to the high temperature resistance of 120 ° C, the release spray can also be used for tempering.

What do I have to consider before applying Resinpal release spray? Before use, the can should be shaken well. The mold surfaces to be treated must be free of grease, dry and clean. If particularly even surfaces are required, the release film can be wiped off with a soft cloth.
How productive is Resinpal Release Spray? Resinpal release spray 400 ml is sufficient for a spray area of approx. 5 square meters.
What distance from the object do I have to be when spraying? In order to obtain an optimal separating layer, we recommend a distance of approx. 20 to 30 centimetres.
