Release wax (liquid) is preferably used when it comes to demolding GRP components from GRP molds or demolding castings from silicone molds. The liquid wax is a release agent based on polyethylene wax, for smooth and closed-pore surfaces. This effect can be further improved in combination with PVA-relase agent. For new molds, the application should be done 3 - 4 times in order to achieve a good result.
Release wax (liquid) should be applied on the mold by using a soft microfiber cloth or a sponge. After a drying time of approx. 5 minutes, the workpiece is ready for further processing and for polishing. A soft cloth (microfiber) should also be used for polishing. The consumption of Resinpal release wax (liquid) is approx. 50 ml / m²
